All prices include GST - the price shown is the price you pay. 12-month minimum term applies. Your tax invoice shows the GST component separately. Every rate above includes GST. For comparison, our standard roof inspection is $99 inc GST and our standard pre-purchase inspection is $199 inc GST.
Commercial and Property Manager Packages do not include the homeowner 10-year workmanship guarantee extension. Eligible work remains subject to Leaky Roof's standard voluntary workmanship guarantee and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
