Strata Managers and Body Corporates
Under Section 24 of the ACT Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011 (as amended), all Owners Corporations are required to prepare a Maintenance Plan. Regulation 4A specifically requires that this plan address the maintenance and inspection of exterior walls, guttering, downpipes and roof. Our Multi-Site Pro package includes the roof condition documentation you need for your maintenance plan, insurance submissions, and AGM reporting.

Included services are shared across your sites rather than repeated at every one, with every listed site inspected at least once a year. We confirm the site list in your proposal, which is why this one is quoted rather than bought online.
