Summer-ready roofs, done properly.
A pre-summer roof check, gutters cleared and gaps sealed, and a plan for storm damage if it comes.
Why this summer
What the forecasters say, and what it means for a roof

Roofs take the full force of the sun. Lighter roof colours absorb less heat.
After a dry spell, blocked gutters and cracked pointing show up when the rain finally comes.
Embers can get into a tile roof through gaps. Sealing them helps reduce ember entry.
Getting your roof ready
Pre-Summer Roof Check
A full roof inspection before the hot months, with a photo report of what we find and a written quote for any fixes. No obligation to go ahead.
- A full roof inspection
- A photo report of what we find
- A written quote for any fixes
Ember Pack
Embers can get into a tile roof through gaps. We clear the gutters and valleys, fit a non-combustible metal gutter guard, and seal gaps at the ridge, eaves and valleys to help reduce ember entry.
- Gutters and valleys cleared, debris taken away
- Non-combustible metal gutter guard fitted
- Gaps at the ridge, eaves and valleys sealed
Tile-to-metal upgrade
Colorbond steel is a non-combustible roofing material, and a properly sarked and sealed metal roof helps reduce ember entry. Lighter roof colours absorb less heat. Every conversion includes the full building approval process: engineer, certifier and builder.
- Installed to suit the home's BAL rating where one applies
- Sarking or anticon chosen for the home
- Building approval handled from start to finish
If a storm damages your roof
We make it safe first: a tarp or a temporary repair to stop more water getting in. We take photos and write a short report you can give your insurer. Your insurer decides what is covered. Once it is safe, we book a proper look at the permanent fix.
