The work
Tile-to-metal conversions
Stripping tiles and installing a Colorbond roof with the right sarking or anticon. We manage the building approval (engineer, certifier and builder), so you can focus on the roof.
Metal reroofs and repairs
Reroofs, flashings, leak repairs and replacements on metal roofs across Canberra homes.
Tile repairs and restoration
Pointing, bedding, broken tiles, valleys and restorations on concrete and terracotta roofs.
Gutters, fascia covers and barge covers
Colorbond gutters, downpipes, fascia covers and barge covers, on their own or as part of a bigger job.
What we look for
- An ABN
- Public liability insurance, and workers compensation if you employ staff
- The licence the work needs in the ACT (we check it before your first job)
- A White Card for everyone on site
- Safe work at heights, every time: you sign on to our safe work method statement in our field app on each job
- Your own tools and vehicle

Before any job starts you get a work order with the scope and the agreed price.
Materials organised
We order the materials for the job, so you are not chasing suppliers.
Everything in one app
Your jobs, addresses, scope, safety sign-on, photos and messages to the office are in our field app.
Checked, then paid
Our inspectors check every job at QA. You are paid on the terms in our subcontractor agreement.
